Two special guest speakers will join us to share their expertise on critical and timely legal and accounting issues for the owners of coin laundries.

Our keynote speaker will be Richard Weisinger. Richard is a CPA with Gerber & Co., Inc. in Los Angeles and a nationally recognized expert on accounting issues specifically for coin laundry owners. Richard will also be speaking on the pros and cons of the different types of legal entities you can form to own your laundromat business.

Preceding Richard will be Board member and local laundry expert Van Merrill of Sparklean Laundry. Van will be speaking on the ins and outs of lease renegotiation for southern california coin laundry lessees.

Richard and Van will then join other experts for our popular interactive Q&A panel discussion.
