Good Evening all.
I am in the process of completing my business plan for my first purchase of an existing mat. The mat being purchased will offer self- serve coin laundry, wash/dry/fold, drop-off dry cleaning, coffee bar and internet access for patrons.
Currently the mat employees 3 attendants who take care of the majority of the day to day cleaning.
Any suggestions on an organizational chart?
