Colorful Fluorescent window lights

Who can I contact about the those colored Fluorescent lights that hang from windows and light the store up. live in Westchester the Store is in Manhattan.

Are you talking about neon lights? If you want custom neon I think you would need to talk with a sign company and it would be expensive. You can buy rope lights (kind of like plastic rope of Xmas lights) at Home Depot or wherever...don't really know what it is you're describing.
