My water heater went out one friday afternoon and I did not know what to do at 5:30 in the afternoon. I called Hamilton and found that they have a 24/7 technician available to talk to you about any problems. He diagnosed the problem and over nighted me the correct part for saturday delivery to fix the problem. I had hot water by noon on Saturday. I thought this was excellent service and a good reason not to buy the cheapest water heater on the market and hope for the best. I think these guys are really trying to help.

I purchased two used (4 year old) hamilton HE270 water heaters last year. Hamilton was great in providing technical support for the installation and sent manuals at no charge, etc. When a company supports its used equipment that way, you know they have a commitment to customer service. Only a super sweet deal would make me look elsewhere for my next heater.
