For the Coin Laundry owners that are paying rent; what is the average percentage of gross revenue being spent towards rent?
Different country, but same principle - I pay 12.4%

AT my laundries I'm paying between 9% and 20% of gross.
Using CLA's 2000 survey results (I couldn't find the 2002 survey)of the mean store rent of $20,760/ the mean store gross $108,000 = 19%

My rent runs about 10% of gross revenue. It's the labor and utilities that kill me.

Mine is about 30% of gross not including Real Estate Taxes.

I pay 17.5% of my gross toward rent.

3.3% on one store (I love it)

Rent is 12 percent of gross. My water and gas are the real killers.
