I'm looking for a program to track my drop off, use for compiling a mailing list,keep track of customer vistits for give aways and prizes. Anything esle it does is a bonus. I've looked at shareware programs but I can't find anything that is specific to laundromats.
I'm hoping this is not a cruel joke and I'm the only only one using this forum

I have use DCCS for many years and does all of that and more most people in this business does not want to spend the money I also offer dry cleaners and drop off service(wash&fold) the small system (lite) does all cost is around $4k
if interested but I know it does it all print Garmet tags/recipts/credit cards/tracks all orders etc etc check it out find out can be customized to our line or industry

We are using CleanMax/LaundryMax by Arbelsoft. Mainly using it for WDF and retail sales. Been using for about 6 weeks now and like it so far. They have recently been doing some upgrades that make it much better to track sales tax collected and taxable/non taxable sales. It also handles drycleaning services although we don't use that option. Cost is pretty reasonable.

I use Smart from Global Business Systems, www.smart4me.com. (http://www.smart4me.com.) It does full laundry and dry cleaning. I like it. I can track which attendant washes which load, which I use for paying incentive pay. It costs about $4-5k. Let me know if you have more questions. thanks, paul
