Its not easy as most commercial customers already have a system in place so you have to offer them something that is cheaper, better or less time consuming.
You should put together a quality brochure and drop it into potential customers. Find out how they do things now and offer an alternative. Ive tried using the phone but cant say ive had any success. The personal approach is better.
The best way to pick up commercial customers is through your existing customer base. Talk to them, find out where they work, ask about laundering arrangements where theres an obvious opportunity (for example I have a lot of kitchen staff who wash their own clothes with me - I always ask about which restaurant they work for, how many rags etc)
Some of my best commercial customers are ones who came to me once because they had a broken washer/dryer. I use the opportunity to overwhelm them with service, include delivery etc. Make it easier for them to keep using you then go back to their old system. Ive picked up 3 or 4 good accounts this way.
Much of it is luck, but you make your own luck.

It's very good information and nice advice for me ( and US)...
I agree it maybe "LUCK" , I think now that direct mailing such as sending brochure with letters or direct visiting ( knocking door approach) could be best ways that I can do.....
But this doesn't mean the way of picking-up through existing self-service customers is not good.
Thank you.... it helps me a lot
ooohhh!
How about local or regional newspaper AD?

If you can spare the time, a personal visit with the brochure would go a lot further than a mail out.
I will rarely give a sales blurb coming through the slot a second glance.
We tailored several brochures to match who we were targeting that day, restaurants, salons, dog groomers, massage/physio theorapy places.
We have yet to follow up on a tip for the yacht club (they do banqets) that are not happy with doing the table clothes themselves.
