I have a brandt model 749 coin counter that came with my laundromat when I purchased it. Looking to find service tech in mass. can't find brandt anywhere on the web.Any help with repair center or # would be appreciated

Pony boy, Dont waste your time getting that old counter fixed. I purchased a coin weigh scale. 10 times faster than counting all those coins. Just a couple hundred bucks too !

I also have a Brandt, that I have used for about 20 years. About 6 months ago, it (finally) broke a belt, and I had the same problem as you, of not finding Brandt. What I did was search coin counters, or coin processing equipment, and found companies that sell parts for Brandt equipment. (I don't recall the name of the company that I bought my part from) My little belt cost about $35, but my counter is still running good. $35 maintenance is not bad for approx. 25 years of service.

I tried looking through my files, but was unable to find the company that I purchased Brandt parts from. I'm sure that if you try running a few internet searches, that you'll find someone that handles parts for brandt counters. That's how I found a dealer. Brandt may be out of business, but they are not extinct - as the bank I deal with also uses Brandt equipment. If I happen to locate it, I'll let you know. Good luck.

We are in Va. For Brant service we use Robert Bomer 1-804-264-3000 1800-552-3969. I forget his co name. His main service is for banks. He is the local tech for a national co. If his numbers are not current try contacting your bank. Find out who they use
There are several coin counter repair companys here in Vegas. Just look in the phone book for coin counters.
