I was wondering what, if anything you guys do for their employess at Christmas. Like give them a present, bonus, gift certificate, dinner, a free wash, ect. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Usually a bonus, anywhere from $50 to $300 depending on many factors. Typically give them the day off also.

I give them both a christmas gift and bonus

We give them a bonus also. From $300 to $500 depending on years of service and if they are part-time or full time.

Last year I gave each a $60 certificate to Red Lobster, and $100 bill.

Holy crap, i gave my employees two movie tickets. Im so cheap. But good employee relations is just as important as customer relations. Way to go Amigos!
