I am interested in getting into the laundromat business. Right now i am looking for investors. I would like to know if anybody used a business plan writer to write your plan.

I would suggest first going to a banker you know and discuss your plans with them and ask for their requirements . Most investors would need higher interest rates. Another option would be an existing owner selling with owner financing but I would first talk with a bank.

I think it is important to write your own business plan.It makes you research the business. There are programs and web sites that make writing a business plan easy.
