I have a neighborhood feller that drops in and just talks to my employees. Well today he comes by and makes a comment about the red bows attached to some palms we have. Ask when you going to take those bows off, my attendant replies when I can get some big strong man to take the palms down. So he takes them down and in the process after setting one on the floor he rose and caught his head on the bottom of a folding table and cut it, possibly enough to need stiches, I have not seen him. However he has called my attandant twice saying he is sueing for medical attention. Just wondering my legal liability in this case Oh yeah he has been off his medications for multiple personality disorder or(skitsophrenya) pardon the spelling .

I wouldn't do anything, except to contact my insurance agent, and let him know what happened. He could be just blowing hot air. Do you have a surveillance camera? This kind of stuff really pisses me off. Why does an accident always have to be someone else's fault. I hope you don't have to hire an attorney and go to court. Keep us informed on what happens. Good luck.

I would tell the police in the report you file that this neighborhood vagrant was trying to steal your bows. Cutting himself durring the commision of a crime is his problem. Point out that he isn't a laundry customer and is also tresspassing. You won't see him again. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
