Any comment on this new DEXTER STACK WASHER/DRYER??

Innovative? Yes, but it's still a Dexter. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif And usually a 25# washer will require the use of 2 dryers for normal loads. (one for heavy articles, and the other for permanent press) This unit also looks like a servicability nightmare.

One paper a GREAT concept, in REALITY it could be a DISASTER. When customers go to use the dryer over another customers washer there will be fist fights - just watch for the article in the local paper that a customer pulled a gun or knife because someone "stole" "HIS" dryer.

I think it is intended for space starved areas. You probably wouldn't want it in a 'normal' laundromat. My 25 lb dexters do just fine and the bs about Dexter machines is just that, bs. I really doubt people are going to be stabbing each other over the use of the dryer.
