increasing W-n-F business

I have a newly build 6 month old laundromat business with dry cleaning. I am trying in increase the WNF. Average about 300lbs per week, at a $1 per lb. includes shirts wash and press, We have been taking fron dry cleaning.. What can i do to help promote the wash and fold?? I have 12 top load neptunes, 10 30lb, 2 60lb front load, 20- 30lb stack and 2 75lb dryers all maytag. What can i do to increase wash and fold. we run ads in local new paper once a month. we ran a 3 month 3 billbord ad.

One of the most important things we've done is introduce a punchcard system. For every 12 loads, the next load is free. You'd need to impliment something weight based, let's say for every 120 pounds, the next 10 pounds free.


We also approaced several local hotel/motels to have flyers in their lobby.
