I watch CNN,the Judge need a week a view the case.
When I was in drycleaning business, unhappy customers said they will suit once, twice a year, never happen.
One customer feel the hotwater was not hot enough in my toploader in weekend last year,he said he will suit me,didn't happen,I guess I am lucky so far.
I heard that this idiot was in tears on the stand, describing his "mental anguish" caused by loss of his pants. Give me a break!
And he was offered $20,000 compensation for the loss, which he turned down! Hope this doesn't give any of my customers ideas.

This is just another example of our legal system run amock. This so called "Judge" should be disbarred and removed from office for this frivolous suit.

Case thown out this morning, and "judge" ordered to pay all of drycleaners legal costs. "Judge's" boss on record as saying this judge has no judgement and his appointment should not be renewed.

I still think that all the laundry and dry cleaners in the US should launch a class action suit against the jerk, citing mental anguish over the thought that some prick may sue you for loosing one pair of pants.
Great idea! Find us a lawyer who will do it on a contingency, and we'll all sign on!
On a lot of the news sites they're calling the guy "Fancy Pants!" So much for his credibility.
Can the state bring a frivolous lawsuit charge against him? That'd be poetic justice. He's already going to have to cough up court fees. I say smack him down. His ego needs some adjustment.
