WHAT IS THE IDEAL COOLING TIME FOR 20 MIN HEATING TIME?

I checked my ADC manual and could only find a reference to the factory setting of 2 minutes. You could call ADC 508.678.9010 and ask their tech dept.

I reset all my ADC's to 1 min of cooldown on HI and LO, and 2 mins on PP. I was getting complaints that my dryers were too cool! I also have my temps set to 180 HI, 150 PP, 120 LO.
