I understand there are websites that sell addresses for direct mailings, where you can target specific areas, And if anyone has any info on neon sign distributors they have used in the past. Thanks.

I just bought a neon sign that says "COIN LAUNDRY" to put at my ex-card store
Google it. I do not know what site I bought it from, but they had a huge assortment.

There are dozens of companies who will sell you a mailing list and/or do the mailing too.
Your best bet is to do a search and check prices. Every company is different, and some have more detailed lists than others.
I looked at that idea, but I am on the edge of 4 different zip codes and the cost did not match the ROI.
The average cost for just the lists were about 8 cents each, and the cost to mail a postcard was around 45 cents each.
Some companies were listing postcards at over 70 cents each!
