can any one tell me a good way to take front panel off of a dexter double loader what tools to use also thanks

I don't have the double (I have the triple and the maxi), however it should be rather straightforward. On those it's just a screwdriver...it's held from the inside as I recall too, so you need to take the top off and undo the screws from the top access (flipping the breaker is a good idea).
If you have the dexter dryers, you need a torx screwdriver.
