I can't believe I gained a customer from a sleaze ball, price prositituting competitor, because they wouldn't let her fold her clothes without her shoes on!!! Ha! I don't care that my employees work barefoot, as long as the job gets done. Send all your shirtless and shoeless my way, where they will be welcome. It was so nice to be closed on the 4th of July, I can't wait to be closed for Labor day.

I had a regular take off his shirt and throw it into the wash this weekend. One of my customers said something to me about it, that it wasn't "right around the ladies". I told him that this shirtless guy is one of my very long term, regular, single father customers, and that if he wants his shirt clean, he was welcome to remove and wash it. "But still..." I then pointed to a young woman wearing daisy dukes, a flimsy crop top and no brassiere and asked if it was OK for her to be in the store dress like that. "Well, that's different..." We both then had a good laugh, everyone was happy and left fully dressed with clean clothes! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
