Percentage Of Gross Profit Breakdown?

I have begun my search to find appropriate unattended coin laundries to purchase.

Is there a percentage of items costs (i.e. utilities, rent, etc..) of gross profit to use a guideline in evaluating locations?

Also, is there anywhere I can find a good guide for "day-to-day" activities to own/run a unattended coin laundry?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

The national average of utilities as a percentage of gross revenue is 23.6%. This information is taken from the CLA Coin Laundry Industry Survey. Members should be receiving the 2003 edition by October.

I was told that net cash flow is anywhere from 10% to 30% of gross cash flow.

Does this sound correct?
