I have one and it is worth the price. I do not wish to sell it as it is valuable resource. I bought the book last Dec. as the first step into the laundry business. I just signed my lease Fri. and plan to be open by Nov. 1. Go ahead and purchase the book. I am glad that I did.

I rented a 1500 sq. ft. space in a strip mall. It is a bare white box. The distributor says that he can do it 90 days. I talked to a guy that had this distributor do one for him in 3 1/2 months. It was 1200 sq. ft. but it had to be gutted. I managed to get 90 days free rent so it would be nice to be open in that amount of time, but I am certainly not counting on that. It took four months to work out the details of the lease which should have taken a week or two so I have learned to be very patient.
