View Full Version : My Nat Gas Provider Is Incompetent
I'm not naming them by name, but it's the same one everyone else uses here in Northern Illinois. They screwed up so bad I can't believe it. It will be a month or two before I get this settled. My bill for last month was paid by ck. as usual and ontime. This month I get a ginormous bill that is about double what it should be, with a past due notice indicated on it. Long story short the idiots took out a couple of Hundred bucks and credited another account. They and the bank missed the fact that the ck was clearly written out for the full amount. They missed the twelve hundred part and took the $263 dollars after the 1 thousand. Huh? What kind of moronic idiots would do that? The bank authorised payment! Rocket Scientists in that Mental Institution, too. Soooo now they say it is up to me to get it straightened out. They blow it and I have to unscrew their mistake. What a bunch of lamers.

OH they are the worst!!! I have gotten an estimated bill from them for the past 4 months. I just love those. Too lazy to come out and measure!!!!!
