I realize the cost can vary depending on coverage and many other items just putting a number in for P&L statement. Here are some of the details. I have an estimate of $2,900 annually. Is this a good ballpark number for a 4,000 Square foot store 7) top loads 45) front loads 2) 75lb dry and 25) 30lb stacks?

Sounds dirt cheap or very expensive, you failed to mention the limits which is what dictates the rate.

What about the property content coverage - I think that is really what drives the rates.

That does not sound like a bad rate these days.
