Dan,

This is relative to your location. If you are located close to a college your summer months will be slow. But if you are in a vacation area your summers may be your money makers.

If you are a member of the CLA take a look at their annual survey. They give the average TPD broken down into regional areas. You can start there and then modify yours depending on your local market.

Duane,

Just became a member and was sent a copy of last years survey as they ran short and did not mention turns per day or what I was more interested in turns per day cycle throughout the year. For example say the average TPD is 5. Jan = 6, Feb. = 4, March = 5… how each month changes thought the year. Do not have a college close by or any other things that may skew the TPD.

Looking forward to the 2003 survey coming this month.

Thanks for your help,

Dan
