how do you tell gross sales from the water bill? should the gross always be more than the asking price?

Gross sales water usuage should be verified by the amount of washers and the amount of gallons used per machine. Fronts customarily use 1.7-2 gal per pound.
Once you know how much water usuage divide by washer size/gallons used, vend price and turns per day. Many machines differ per tpd in each store howver, you can average the tpd to make it easier to "guestimate"
