Dale,
I'm a little confused. The 28 cents for delivery to teco gas ... does that just get the gas to your local gas company? If that's the case, wouldn't your local gas company also charge a delivery charge to get the gas the rest of the way to your store?

My contract is called a NYMEX + Deal. I basically pay the commodity price at the close of the month plus $0.0699 plus taxes plus pipeline transportation plus charges to Atlanta gas Light.
In summary, it averages about $0.30 on top of the commodity price.

Larry the TECO charge is for the gas to my store ie the pipe and meter. I can purchase the gas from anyone i choose. Teco reads the meter and handles emergency calls.
