I have mostly Maytag toploaders that appear to fill slow. The pressure is good coming in, and the screens are new, so I don't know what is restricting the flow. The water coming in is closer to a trickle than a flow. I have owned the facility for about a year, and it has always been this way, and all the washers are the same. So I concluded that it is something with the equipment. The problem is that I have heard several complaints from my customers. What restricts the flow and can anything be done to speed the filling. Thanks.

Check for screens on the hose bibb side of your fill hoses. They might be clogged.
Make sure you have good pressure when all the machines are running. You can buy a water pressure gauge at Home Depot.
If your pressure is low with all the machines running you should check your shut off valves to make sure they are not broken or half open.
