If you have information that will help me learn about mats for sale in Ventura County, California...would you please let me know. I have tried local suppliers who only want to sell me new mats, and commercial brokers do not have any available. Your help is appreciated. Thank you. Look around your town and if you see one you like, ask the owner if they are willing to sell.
Just because its not up for sale doesn't mean its not for sale.
All they can do is say no.

Duane is right, I would visit all the laundries in your area and leave a business card.
If CLA has a affiliate in the area I would contact them. They should be able to point you in the right direction.
A classified ad in the Journal is not expensive and it reaches a lot of owners.
It took me 4 years to buy my last laundry. The timing was finally right for the owner and we were able to close in 60 days.
