Where is the best place to find coin laundries for sale in Maryland? Internet site? Classified adds in the newspaper? In The Journal? At the Mid-Atlantic Association meeting? All of the above. I would also contact the equipment distributors in the area. They usually know of laundries for sale.
I would visit laundries in the area you are interested in and leave a business card with the owner. If the owner is not there put your business card in an envelope with a brief note.

Timing seems to be more important then money.

Call the president of the Mid-Atlantic Association to see if there is an internet site with laundry listings.
