drain system

Hello there!

Anyone can explain how the DRAIN SYSTEM configured from laundromat to outsite....
Most mats nowadays use 6inch PVC drain pipe in the store, then this PVC pipe connect to what?
it connects to city main drain(sewer) pipe? or manhole? how big this pipe? how much degree the city main pipe runs? 15% down sided? or 5% downward?
as long as 6inch PVC pipe not stuck, then I don't need to worry bout city main pipe's problem?
Who clean city main? Is it possible city main stuck and back-flow into Mat?
Just curious about drain system...

you should have a lint trap similar to grease trap on restaurants, but for sediment. before city line, it will need to be cleaned out 6 month to year .
