friday after connecting to gas line the installers opened the valve. THE IDIOTS DID NOT THINK TO CHECK INSIDE THE BUILDING FIRST ( two feet away) . where the city inspector(who remarks boys i smell gas) was watching my landlord sawing thru the 2 inch gas line , going to the dryers, to make room for the 2 ac ducts. these same guys are probably the ones complaining about only earning 7.00 an hour. God help us. They are probably the same ones that bought a new 250,000 home with interest only payment for 2 years and caint figure out why they are unable to pay their mortage now 2 years later. thanks acorn.

Sawing Thru a Gas Line? You should always Cut thru with a tubing cutter on a live, or Dead GAS Line, just out of safety, for left over gas in line to limit the possibility of an "EXPLOSION"

I must have the same guy you have. I think If my city inspector found the plumber doing that we wouldent open for a long while.

the gas had been disconnected for 5 years. no worry for remaining gas,
