I love that guy. I got my entire laundromat pricing manifesto from his blog a few years back. To this day, any time I get pushback from my wife on a price increase I start chanting "If your customers aren't complaining about the cost, your prices are too low."
She gets annoyed, but our prices go up the same day. Still no one complains...

That is the post that I love so much. If you own a laundromat and haven't read it you need to, and if you haven't read it in a year, you need to read it again.
