Anytime you buy a mat from a broker you need to always lookout for yourself. I just bought one from a broker and got a really good deal but i was careful to buy the right one and not the first one I saw. There are a lot of good deals out there now if you have the cash!!

I've been told that AAXON owns about 35 laundromats in addition to their brokerage, route; distributorship etc. Obviously, they have the first crack at a good laundromat that comes up and therefore are not 'a disinterested party'. I assume that if they are offering the mat, through their brokerage, then they have passed on it.

Is Laundromart the same company as AAXON? I was told by a representative that they build "Laundromarts", but cant hold them, the banks want them to sell the stores ASAP. i wasn't aware that AAXON actually keeps some stores and runs them without intention to sell. am i to understand that they only sell the ones that are not doing well??

I can tell you that they will always buy the location and keep it for themselves. There are many manys being repo'd by Alliance because of stiff competition from other mats which they have owned close by. Be very careful.

I do know they lost a law suite in Clearwater fl in the millions for overstating the income and some other things , I have heard there are several owners in south florida looking into a class action suite against them , . I do know of two mats ,one in south georgia and one in Jax that are suposedly doing well ,
