Hello- I am considering an expensive turnkey purchase but am curious as to the reputation of this company in the industry. Has anyone heard of Kwick Industries? I'd love any feedback about how to search their performance history. They do an impressive presentation. Thanks for your help.

Never heard of them, but most of these laundry investment schemes are just that, schemes. I say schemes somewhat loosely. Where are they from and can you provide a little more info?

I own a Wash it Kwik in Denton, Tx. Have you seen my store? I'd be glad to assist.

Sedwards,
Take your time and do your research on the laundry industry before putting your money into an "expensive turnkey" business.
It would be nice to just pay your money and open the doors, but in reality a new startup business with a lot of overhead will be difficult to make any money for several years.
If you have the money, anyone will build a mat for you. The question is, will the demographics support another store? When you build a new mat you don't create new customers, you steal them from your competitors. And since you won't steal all the the customers, you have just divided the customer pie into smaller pieces.
It is more work, but much less risky to purchase an existing mat and renovate it.
Duane.
