California laundry owners are already paying the highest sewage charges in the country and now they want to raise water again. Maybe it's time to get out of business and open a lemonade stand.

I see on the DWP website that it's $3.27 per HCF Does that include the cost of sewer fees. So lets say you consumption was 800 HCF would the total cost of your water bill be around $2,616.00 or $5,232.00?? IM in So Cal but the city I'm in has a different water entity then the DWP.

If your water bill was 2616.00 your sewage fee would be 90% of that. Meaning your total bill would be 4970.00.
