We are interested in opening a mat and have contacted an IPSO distributor. What are your opinions of IPSO washer and dryers?

Cassed,

Search this forum and you will find several threads on this subject. The opinion of equipment varies from owner to owner.

Visit all your distributors and make the decision for yourself. See what each has to offer as in efficiency of machines, variety of machines, cost, delivery and setup prices.

Duane.

Thanks Duane. We will be shopping other brands for sure. I was just looking for positive or negative feedback on IPSO products. I did do a search on IPSO in this forum, but I didn't find very many helpful items.

Oops, I meant equipment in general, not just IPSO.

I wish I could comment, but I have a full Maytag store.

I have had only had the 12# hf-55, but they have been very good service for me. The new IPSO has a new door handle, which was a weak point. I did have alot of computer board problems the first year, but IPSO warranted them all, no fights, and even credit me back some shipping charges. I am building a mat now and have invited the IPSO dealer to bid it.
I met an IPSO dealer, who lived in another part of the country, he said they were dropping the line because of delivery problems, could not get the machines they needed. I do not know any more than that.
good luck

I have 2 35# Ipso washers that are 20 years old and still look and run good. Ipso is a well built machine but I will not buy new Ipso machines because their parts are very expensive and they are a little more difficult to work on.

Anyone have any suggestions as to where to get better pricing on Ipso parts?

Where do you generally buy parts for IPSO 35#. I have checked prices on the internet and it seems to wanna leave me broke.

Can someone name some large discount part vendors?
