Thinkclean,
How's the new store doing? Give us a update. We always hear from members before they build/rebuild a store and we never hear from them after. Are you doing the numbers you hoped for?

Glad to hear things are going well. I thought the customers would think your dryers work great since the washers spin so fast, they would assume the dryers are working great. By sept-oct you should know if you have a hit or flop.
Good luck.

... a few of the smarter ones (customers) point out they are saving 30min plus on the whole cycle...
Ben,
Can you elaborate on the above quote? How long is the whole cycle and how does that compare to a wash/dry cycle at one of your competitor's laundromats? A wash/dry cycle at my laundromat runs about 50 minutes not including load/unload or fold time.

Your 50 minute whole cycle is impressive... what type of laundry and how much weight?
Ben,
My Huebsch frontloaders (all have A micro or B micro controlers) average 20 minutes. Cycles vary from 19 - 22 minutes. They range in size from 20 lb to 80 lb capacity. An average dry cycle is 30 minutes. Obviously, there can be a lot of variation in the dry cycle depending on the type of load being dried.
A fast customer can be in and out quickly but a slow customer who enjoys the atmosphere we provide could hang around for over 2 hours. It all depends on the size of the laundry, how much help she has folding it and how anxious she is to get back home.
