Whenever I found good spot for laundromat, somebody already took out that spot!!...
there has been always someone else who take it before me(just one or two weeks ahead of me)...Damm IT!!

I have seem many people jump on a "great" deal, but found out later it wasn't such a "great" deal and would have known it if they would have done their due diligence.
The early bird gets the worm, but the late mouse gets the cheese........

Duane, I agree, but I have been looking for space to build out new MAT and it seems like still there are many people who also looking for same space that I do...even under this economy recession, people opens new MATs here and there...
