New idea

I have vaulted ceilings in my mat and have a fair amount of wall space that is bare. I thought of the idea of "selling" this area to potential advertisers.

Today I approached a"payday" lender with my idea. I would allow them to put up a framed poster, and give them an area for distribution of literature. It is my opinion that my customers are also his potential customers.

I am hoping to sell to a maximum of 6 different types of businesses and offer exclusivity. In other words, only 1 pizza joint advertising, 1 payday lender, etc...

My question is what do you think this is worth? I offered it for $25 per month. Your thoughts?

If you've already offered it for $25/mo, it's too late to second-guess yourself. In hindsight, you might have asked for $75 or $100 because most of your customers probably don't own washers & dryers. Folks who can't afford those appliances are likely the best candidates for loan sharks. That's my thinking, anyway.
