My distributer wants $200 to replace the four diaframs in my Palomas. Anyone ever done it? Is it a bear or should I tackle it myself?

the part is around $35 ea at least I remember so.., $200 is not a bad deal to me. It will take you about 15 mins if you do not know what you are doing the first time..it is not hard at all, assuming your connectiions have not frozen.
