1) From cleaning the washing machine's drain box we've amassed a fair amount of dirty coins
with what appears to be soap and other residue on them. Any suggestions on what to soak
or clean them with before we re-cirrculate? Plain old H2O doesn't work.
2)This question was asked before but I can't seem to find the post. Anyway, what if any type
of vacuum cleaner do you recommend to clean the lint filters? Is your vacuum cleaner only used
to clean the lint filters or does it get used for other things like vacuuming place mats or cleaning
out washer drains. We are looking into a vaccum clean that can do all of they above things "well".

any acid will wash the coins. Use Lime A Way if you don't want to use straight acid.

Thanks for all your suggestions on cleaning dirty coins. We'll start with giving CLR or LIME-AWAY a try.

We use a little vacuum from Sears to clean the lint. I tried the little dustbuster types but they wouldn 't reach in far enough. the little sears ones have a cord which is a hassle but removes lint great. We use it just for lint. You have to clean the little filters often.
