I want to put additional TV&DVD combo in mat, but most movies doesn't allow to be viewed in public, right?
if so, is there any other DVDs( what kind of dvds or movies) which I can play in MAT for customers?

Not viewed in public????????
I used to own several video stores back in the day of Mom & Pop Video Stores, we played movies all day long. Go into any Blockbuster today & see the newest movie being played all day long.

hmmm,
I know it was OK old times, 20 or 30 years ago.

but since 10 or 15 years,
what is the warning sign which is displayed before the begining of movie?
(when you put DVD into you DVD player, it shows up first)
just one or two screens, blue or red background color and tiny letters, it says you will be fined $250,000 or 5(or10) years jail if this dvd is viewed in public....(in English and France)
something like international law, or copyright provision...

Do you see this?
Can I ignore this?
or can I put it public view only the DVD that doesn't show this warning?

Most of those were aimed at places that charged admissions to attend (clubs, bars, etc) that would show for a profit or a cover charge. However it could apply to anything.
The copyright people were even at one time trying to fine stores that would show movies, sports, or any copyrighted event to help sell their TVs. That's how ridicules it was going. There were even some stores that were fined for broadcasting music over their speakers while people were shopping. Because the store was receiving benefit from it and the artist of the songs were not. Or It should be said the recording companies did not receive the royalties from it.
It was unbelievable what people will do for $.
Chances of you getting warned and fined is so remote. Besides day care places do it all the time and no one says anything to them about it. Or sports bars, restaurants, Or even the local tire shop, and bank that has TV shows playing.

You worry way too much. I don't think the movie police are going to get you.

I've almost come to the conclusion that my neighborhood is ready for a "RedBox" style DVD rental machine. If I put one in, I can't help but wonder if I could secure the DVD player to allow the customers to play their rented or purchased DVDs while they're in my store...

Even "R" might not be such a good idea, because bad language and some nudity. It might upset some people if they have kids in your store. Once I forgot got to turn the block on my Directv and a rated R movie came on There was a couple kids eyes glued to the TV when a nude sex seen came on. I changed the channel real fast. Luckily the kids parents didn't seem to care. So now all rated R and above need a code to unblock the channel.

How about a movie about trying to buy some laundry carts from a Dexter dealer and it ruined your life.
