I think your question is how to validate income figures from water bills? If so, there are numerous examples on this board and on coinwash.com, so do a search for more information...but, in general, I would determine what you believe the turns-per-day (TPD) are for each washer type in the store, then use the water usage of the different washer sizes (as a broad guideline, we've estimated 2 gallons per pound capacity of washer - more for tops/less for highly efficient machines)...multiply these by the 30 for the monthly figures and also by the appropriate number of machines and that should be ballpark to your water figure. If this is way off, adjust your TPD figures until the water amount matches the billed figure...the derived TPD can then be used to calculate the actual income too (based on vend price per turn of the washers).
