Has anyone converted their old 25A to the new model? They have a kit for $1400. It seems like a good deal compared to the price of a new changer. Thanks!

That seems pretty steep, A new Standard Changer that holds 3200 Quarters ($800.00) should be around $1800.00 that accepts all the new bills.
