Do any of you offer complimentary storage units for your customers to keep their detergent, bleach, hangers, etc. so they don't have to lug it back and forth?
The type I'm considering are similar to the ones found in airports with the large plastic keys.

The answer is no and this is my first time hearing of such an idea! Anyway, the people that come in a vehicle put
their stuff back in their car or leave it and ask us to watch it. People afoot ask us to watch their stuff. If it's very
slow, we point to signs throughout the store that say "we are not responsible for their items"but we have offered
to keep an eye on their things. We always say "no" we can't keep an eye on their things because it's busy and
customers seem to be kool with that and understand. Good luck with this idea - we'd consider it but don't have
any space to place the mini-lockers.
