that I'm now considered a "veteran" of the laundry industry (at least according to their finance arms). :D:rolleyes:
Just passed my 2 year mark this week.
I'm pretty sure that if I couple that with $3.00 I can get a cup of coffee at Charbuck's. :p
I've bought two stores in that time period. One of them was a major rehab with a complete re-tooling.
So far so good.

Randy,
Congrats on the 2 year mark! I went through most of yesterday before remembering that it was my laundromat's 5th birthday...and now I'm also in the midst of trying to get a second location open. It's in a lease space that used to be a dry cleaners so we're doing a complete remodel.
But you know, even though I run a successful laundromat and I've had a couple of laundry related articles published, my wife still won't let me do our personal laundry. I keep trying to tell her that I'm a nationally recognized laundry expert, but she keeps reminding me of those times early on in our marriage when I ruined her clothes. Hey, I was just trying to help! Pretty clever, huh?

John,
You'd be surprised how many hours (over a lifetime) a little mistake can save you.

I just think it means you are getting old.

Dale,
Who's getting old? On May 1st, I'll be starting my 42nd year in the coin laundry business. I'm still as enthusiastic as I was way back in 1969!
Weeeeeeeeeeee!
