We recently sold our business in NH and are planning a move to the Sarasota area (preferred). Trying to locate one or two laundromats for sale in that area (found one) but I am concerned about another post regarding cancellation of insurance in the area. I have been in the appliance repair field for 30 years and thought this would be a good way to go as I have experience in the operation and maintenance and good customer relations skills. Can any of you enlighten us on potential problems we must look out for in that area? We are ready to move immediately if we can locate the right facility without unrealistic problems.
