Im 24 and just renovated my laundromat that i purchased 3 yrs ago. i purchased 4 60 lb washers, 7 35 lb washers, 17 18 lb washers, and 3 40 lb washers. also 15 double stack dryers along with my old 18 double stack dryers. along with that i installed a sub shop. $5 for a 14 in sub chips and a pop. i have not had a grand opening yet, however in my storage i have 5 35 lb speed washers and 4 stack dryers for pick up drop off serviec im starting. im having alil trouble starting it up. any ideas? also i know that WDF service should be around 20-35% of total income and my WDF servcice is only 3% of mine how can i increase that besides the usual advertising. any suggestions are welcome thanks

Vend-rite has a "drop off laundry program" which would be a good place for you to start. You can get a few of their "4 minute posters" and put them in your windows and in your store.

Drop off service takes time to build up. You have to do a good job for the customers so they not only come back, but also recommend you. I offer a 10% discount from Mon-Thurs for drop offs. This helps to push the drop off business off the busy weekends, and empowers customers with a true savings if they come during the week.
