Hey...I see one of them had a "I love NY" T-shirt. I guess she is spreading the love, heh heh. Shame because it looks like a nice store that's getting banged up.
My stores are also in NY and I've had that problem from time to time.
The best solution? A good video surveillance system. Whenever a fight breaks out we tell them to "Calm down because everything you do is being recorded right now, both video and sound". We then point to the cameras and tell them about the hidden microphones in the ceiling. Works like MAGIC!!
