Just talked to an auto mechanic who has been is the biz for 25 years. He said that to get grease out of his clothes he uses Concreate Cleaner. Yep the same stuff you use to clean concrete. He said it's a power form of orange acid. Woks well on clothes but do not get it on your skin casue it will burn. He said you need to make sure that the power is diluted in water before it touches the clothes or it may bleach them. He said even his wife uses it on her clothes. Said his clothes have never been cleaner nor his whites brighter. He said that he buys it from NAPA. He uses 1/2 cup per load. But make sure ou file up your washer with water first them add the cleaner and your soap, let it desolve then add your clothes.

I am soooo excited as I have a lot of field workers and mechanics that we do WDF for. And there is no way of getting their clothes clean. Some times we haveto wash them two and three times (which is a waste cause they never come clean).

Has anyone heard of this.

You better test that product for yourself and on different fabrics just in case.

ON your comment about laundering the items more than once to get clean, I hope you add a sur charge of some sort when you have to rewash very dirty items like the ones you discussed.

Another thing you could try that we really like is Dawn dishwashing detergent. It has special surfactants which help disassociate grease and gunk.
