I was getting ready to approach some locally owned apartment complexes and camp grounds and talk to them about letting me put my equipment in and setting up some type of profit sharing program. What kind of programs / contracts have others experienced or setup?

I’m thinking something like 20%-25% of the profits to the complex owner. They would provide the space, electric and water. I would provide all the maintenance on machines and provide the service to their clients. Does this sound right? Im new to setting up these contracts.

Thank you

If you can get that you are doing better than the average. Most of the time it is something like 30 to 50 %.

Go make them the offer perhaps you can get what you want! I hope you do.

I would reccommend against profit sharing. i personally dont want anyone to know how much money I'm making as it can lead to a whole range of issue's. i.e. they see how much your making and then go buy there own machines and kick you out if its a good site. I pay water, electricity and rental per machine and keep all the profits to myself. just another option.
